David Narayanan Bhoopalaretnam is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) and Certified Product Owner with over three decades of experience in the insurance industry across Property, Casualty, and Life operations. He specializes in translating complex business needs into scalable, practical solutions and has led initiatives in enterprise modernization, process improvement, data and business analytics, and systems delivery.
With advanced degrees in Business Administration, Commerce, and Computer Applications, David brings a strong blend of technical and business expertise. He is also certified in Agile, SAFe, and Scrum methodologies (including AAC, PSPO, and SAFe 6 POPM) and holds multiple industry credentials such as CPCU, FLMI, and AINS. David is actively involved in advancing the business analysis and product ownership profession through IIBA leadership and community service.
David is also the Vice President of Technology at the IIBA Philadelphia Chapter, where he contributes to advancing the business analysis profession and supporting the local professional community.
