Iowa City Area Real Estate Investor Meetup: Cedar Rapids Renovation

This meetup will be a combined Meet and Greet and renovation project walk-through at 2343 Grande Ave SE, Cedar Rapids 52403 on Wednesday, Sept 10 6:30-8:30. The renovation team from Iowa Home Offers LLC (Rick Wink, Paul Nichols, Liz Nichols) will walk you through the house, discuss some of the major renovation work done in this $100,000 project, and show before and after pictures.
We will have pizza and refreshments available for attendees. Please RSVP so we can order enough pizza!
