I'm calling this an unofficial ride because I will have another commitment on this date. I'm suggesting the Citrus Park ride because the route is easy to follow. But feel free to decide for yourselves where you would like to ride. Please RSVP in advance to let others know you will be riding.
Location: We will meet at San Marco Park, (1 San Carlo, Irvine) in the parking lot. (San Marco Park and San Carlo Park are adjacent). Look for us on the right side of the parking lot on the San Marco Park side.
We will meet in the parking lot and ride out at 9:00 AM. Please come early to get your bike ready (if this is your first ride with the group, the suggested arrival time is 8:30 AM).

This is a lovely, flat, and relaxing ride up Peters Canyon and out the West Irvine Trail to Citrus Ranch Park (and return).
Helmets are mandatory for all rides. We will be observing standard bicycle safety rules, and the host will do a short safety speech before we ride. Please, be sure to have an extra tube with you so that we can repair a flat.
Silver Spokes is a cycling group specifically designed for senior women who want to stay active on their bikes and socialize, while not aiming to go fast or long. Road bikes and e-bikes (without throttles) are welcome.
Silver Spokes was established in May 2024 and is growing quickly.
