In this session we will explore how mindfulness creates the awareness needed to better understand our thoughts, emotions, and reactions. Through breathing meditation, we learn how to develop steady attention and a calmer, more stable mind.

Join us for a 90-minute guided meditation session led by a Buddhist monk. Open to all ages and experience levels. This is not a religious event.
Cost: Free (all our programs are supported through voluntary donations).
The program includes:
• Guided Breathing Meditation to develop focus and mindfulness
• How to deepen meditation so mindfulness resinates throughout our day
• Simple explanations you can apply in daily life
Cushions and chairs are provided. You’re welcome to bring your own seating.
