Respirar para habitarte: el cuerpo como puerta al cambio (Guillermo Mazariegos)
Cómo la respiración puede ayudarte a regularte, escucharte y empezar un cambio
profundo a través del trabajo corporal.
**DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO:**
¿sabes cómo respiras y cómo influye
en tu vida? La respiración como herramienta corporal para regularte y transformarte.
La respiración es mucho más que una función automática o inconsciente del organismo: es una
vía directa de contacto con lo que sentimos y de cómo estamos en el mundo.
En esta charla exploraremos cómo la forma en que respiramos influye en nuestro estado
emocional, en nuestro nivel de tensión y en nuestra capacidad para estar presentes.
Es importante saber cómo respiro, cómo es mi propio patrón respiratorio. Entender cómo es una
forma apropiada de respirar y reconocer mi estructura anatómica y funcional.
Asumir una cierta
responsabilidad y concienciación diaria de la propia ventilación. Practicar técnicas respiratorias
junto con el desbloqueo de la tensión corporal para recuperar una respiración funcional y una
cierta coherencia en cómo es mi forma de vivir.
Todo esto va a impactar e influenciar en la gran mayoría de los sistemas del organismo. La
respiración se convierte entonces en una herramienta de regulación y también de
autoconocimiento.
Se formularán propuestas y mostrarán metodologías para mejorar la respiración y
que sea más eficiente, libre y orgánica. También se facilitará una invitación a sentir, a parar y a
habitar el propio cuerpo.
Lo que se presenta aquí es una introducción a un trabajo respiratorio y corporal más amplio. Un
primer paso para quienes sienten que la respiración y el cuerpo tiene algo importante que decir. Y
también una puerta de entrada a procesos terapéuticos más profundos, tanto en formato grupal
como individual.

In this class, we’ll explore the **two complementary energies** that shape our lives: *the ‘doing’ and the ‘being’.*

Yoga is a practice that helps us bring about balance to our mind, body and soul. Each class is designed to promote health, fitness, meditation, concentration and peace of mind.

Why are we unhappy? Where does emotional pain come from? Studies show that people who suffer from long-term emotional pain have painful experiences in their lives that were never fully resolved in their mind. In other words, there were issues in the past that were not completely dealt with. This can include abuse in childhood, breakups, divorce, death of a loved one, to name a few.
How do you know whether you have gotten over something painful? Here is an easy test: Do you still have attention on what had happened to you? For instance, do you still find yourself thinking about something painful that you went through? If you are, then you are not over it. In fact, in severe cases, people find themselves playing a "tape" in their mind over and over again.
So how do you heal from your past? How do you stop the "tape" playing in your mind? In this meeting, you will learn a technique to help you with that.
