NEW CHANGES IN THE DINNER FORMAT!!!!!!!
1 We will have fewer guests , more intimate, more focused on food and wine rather than a super noisy party.
2 You will be able to see what is going on in the kitchen and help in the preparation and plating of the dinner understanding what you are actually eating and how is made.
3 We will talk about the wine you are tasting exchanging our palate differences and may be able to learn something about it.
4 Parking needs to be spread out on the street, not just in front of the house (I received complaints) . The Public Library parking lot also, is beautiful, illuminated and 150 feet away.
So, join me for this unique food and wine experience!!
You will be able to have a great fresh home made Italian dinner paired with 4 different wines from 4 different parts of the world
The cost is $ 83.00 per person including everything and PREPAYMENT IS REQUIRED at moment of signing.

Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation is in within 48 hours from the dinner date, you will forfeit the cost of the dinner ( $ 83.00).
If the cancellation occurs prior the 48 hours from the dinner date, you will have a credit with me and be able to use it for any other event I will make.

The dinner will be at my home in Lafayette and I will email the address later to the attendees.
By attending, you agree to hold harmless and release all host / venues from any liability including COVID 19 or Flu RELATED ISSUES. Please behave in a responsible/appropriate manner while attending the wine tasting.

Petto di Germano reale omaggio della casa con salsa di porri , finocchio e patate arrosto
Complementary wild duck breast (not farm raised Mallard brined 4 days not gamey) with a leek fennel and pistachio sauce and roasted potatoes
for vegetarians only
3ple cream French brie with Italian truffle pate' and roasted potatoes
Semifreddo al caffe, cioccolato e nocciole con salsa di caramello salato
Coffee, chocolate and nuts semifreddo with salty caramel sauce
