DINNER & KARAOKE! 🎶 with Jakarta Creatives X Jakarta Friends

We are the biggest, most active, and most inclusive MeetUp community in Jakarta…

…and we invite you to join us for this DINNER & KARAOKE NIGHT Vol. V! This is a joint special event of Jakarta Friends & Jakarta Creatives!

Everyone is always welcome to join our events. Our community is all about creating authentic in-person connections in this urban jungle.

ABOUT THE EVENT
Friday night is fun night! Let's have dinner together, and then Karaoke!

We will meet for dinner at Urban Forest Cipete at 7 PM and decide together where to eat. They have pizza & pasta (Solo), Steak, Indonesian and Western cuisine. Around the corner there's plenty of Warung for small of quick bites, too.

After dinner, perhaps at around 9.00 PM, we will move to Karaoke Happy Puppy, just around the corner (walking distance), and get a room for us.

You can arrive anytime during dinner, and decide to join us without eating, if you prefer not to. Please order at least one drink as respect to the venue. Once we got our Karaoke room, you won't be able to join us anymore. Newcomers are particularly welcomed! Come alone or with a friend or partner. There won't be a shared bill. Everyone will pay what they consume, and we will share cost of Karaoke equally.

ABOUT THE VENUE
Urban Cipete Forest is a nice urban area with restaurants and lots of green. Happy Puppy is a family Karaoke with plenty of rooms. Price are decent and we will split the costs of Karaoke equally!

HOW TO REGISTER TO THE EVENT?
To register, just click “Attend”! There are a few simple rules

• We kindly ask attendees who cannot manage to join to update RSVP at least 24 h before the event as a courtesy to other attendees and event organisers.
• People in the waitlist cannot attend, and are encouraged to check a few hours before the event if they got a spot
• Repeated no-show (3X) without updating RSVP will be removed from the group.
• Cancellations within 2h of the event are unfriendly towards other attendees and organiser that plan to have you coming to the event and are considered a no-show
• Attendees who bring a +1 are responsible to make sure that the guest behaves respectfully and abide to our rules of inclusivity and tolerance

WE HAVE A MEMBERSHIP FEE. HOW DOES IT WORK?
Our community has a membership fee of 300k IDR valid for 365 days after payment. Membership fee is offered with a promo discount to new members and first-timers, who can become members for 220k IDR/year. First-timers can decide to attend one event for free and see if they like becoming part of this community.

Membership to both Jakarta Friends and Jakarta Creatives is offered for only 390k IDR/year. Membership gives access to all events plus exclusive perks available only to paying members, like for example our Give Away Birthday Celebrations with lucky draw (Sept 2024) or FREE pasta cooking (and eating 😉) workshop (Nov 2024) or Museum visits with FREE GUIDED TOURS (Sept 2024). To many events, attendees can bring a +1 for free.
