Everyone is always welcome to join our events. Our community is all about creating authentic in-person connections in this urban jungle.

ABOUT THE EVENT
Literature lovers, your attention please... That's your dream event!

We will meet and... just... read! As simple as that! For about 2 hours, everyone will be reading their own stuff.

Books, magazines, comics, blogs, papers... Fiction, non-fiction, memoirs, news, poetry... Online, with reading pad, with physical book... it doesn't matter! Just show up and enjoy this quiet and communal reading experience!

At the end of the event, we will connect and chit chat about anything related to what we just read (or to literature in general).

What do you like to read? What is your reading routine? Do you need inspiration for your next read? Or perhaps you wish to share your favourite story with everyone? You are most welcome to share your experience with everyone, and get to know fellow readers!

ABOUT THE VENUE

Bali Coffee Club in Jaksel is a lovely and spacious area. Coffee is great. MRT Fatmawati stop is just 15 minutes walking distance.

  • At the venue, ask for Corrado or MeetUp at the staff. There will be a MeetUp sign to find us

HOW TO REGISTER TO THE EVENT?

To register, just click “Attend”! There are a few simple rules

  • We kindly ask attendees who cannot manage to join to update RSVP at least 24 h before the event as a courtesy to other attendees and event organisers.
  • You can arrive any time but I'd recommend you'll be on time to feel the vibe of this event and to not disrupt everyone who's already started reading
  • 3X no-shows = kicked form the community
  • Come alone of with a friend, partner, or family
  • Attendess who bring a guest are responsible to make sure that the +1 understands and agrees to our rules of inclusivity and mutual respect
