Nekomata Kengyo x Komuso Ryusui / Shakuhachi x Machine Live　(Requiem for the Present World)
From 8:20pm on Friday, July 4th, 2025, Nekomata Kengyo x Komuso Ryusui will be performing at the machine live event "Sekifuion". "Sekifuion" is an electronic improvisation event centered around modular synths, and this time, the modular synth sounds of Nekomata Kengyo and the shakuhachi played by Komuso Ryusui will represent a requiem for the present world, where unreasonable wars continue. Please come and join us.

Nekomata Kengyo:
Nekomataｋengyo started his activities in June 2023 after experiencing modular synthesizer performance at Modular on the spot Tokyo. He is currently performing live in various forms, including solo and unit performances, mainly in Tokyo. He participated in the compilation CD "HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU HAVE TO BE UNHAPPY WITH" for modular synth players. He is also involved in modular synth workshop events.

Komuso Ryusui:
Komuso Ryusui launched "Komusodera Online," https://komusodera.online/ in February 2023, which aims to inherit and revive the komuso culture of playing the shakuhachi outdoors in komuso robes with a canopy on top and asking for donations as a form of Zen training. He has participated in outdoor playing shakuhachi as zen practice in komuso robes in Shinjuku or Shibuya, as well as live performances such as "Sekifuion."

猫又検校×虚無僧 流水／尺八×マシンライブ（現世へのレクイエム）
2025年2025年7月4日（金）の20時20分から、猫又検校×虚無僧 流水が、マシンライブイベント『寂不異音(せきふいおん)』に出演します。『寂不異音』は、モジュラーシンセを中心とした電子系インプロヴィゼーション（即興）イベントで、今回は猫又検校のモジュラーシンセと虚無僧 流水の尺八によって、理不尽極まりない戦争が続く「現世へのレクイエム」を表します。是非、お越しください。

猫又検校（ねこまた けんぎょう）
2023年6月、Modular on the spot Tokyoでモジュラーシンセサイザーの演奏に触れ活動開始。 都内を中心にソロやユニットなど様々な形態でライブ活動中。モジュラーシンセ奏者のコンピレーションCD「HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU HAVE TO BE UNHAPPY WITH」参加。モジュラーシンセのワークショップイベントにも携わっている。

虚無僧 流水（こむそう りゅうすい）
2023年2月、天蓋をかぶった虚無僧装束で禅の修行として野外で尺八を吹き喜捨を仰ぐ虚無僧文化の継承と再興を目指す「虚無僧寺オンライン」 https://komusodera.online/ を立ち上げ、新宿や渋谷の野外での虚無僧装束での吹禅や「寂不異音」等でのライブ活動を行っている。
