Welcome to the Roswell Self-Publishing Author Group!
Our Meetup group is for North Metro Atlanta authors of all genres who are interested in self-publishing.
The main purpose of this group is to educate authors on how to successfully self-publish their books. In addition to classes on self-publishing we also hold regularly scheduled Meetups for authors to meet, mingle, discuss, learn, network, and support each other.
This Meetup group is organized by Kimberly Martin of Jera Publishing, which is located in Roswell at 875 Old Roswell Road, Suite E300. Jera Publishing is your team of specialists ready to support you with the services and expertise needed to successfully self-publish your book. They offer services such as consulting, editing, book interior and cover design, eBook creation, marketing materials, and more. In addition to organizing and hosting Meetups, they also provide a free 1/2 hour self-publishing consulting session to any member who attends at least one Meetup.
NO-SHOW POLICY: Please do not RSVP to an event if you do not intend to come. If you sign up, but later realize you can not make it, you must change your RSVP to make your seat available to someone else at least 3 hours before the event. You can either change your RSVP on Meetup.com or contact Kimberly at 770-642-6400 or km@jerapublishing.,com.
Pizza is ordered for our Author Support Group for the number of people signed up and there is often a wait list for the group. If you sign up but no-show, you cost us money, food is wasted, and someone that wanted to come was not able to because of you. This does not make us happy.
If you have a no-show, you will be flagged as a no-show for the event. If you have two no-shows, you will not be allowed to RSVP for future events.
