When it comes to fitness, working out in group settings can boost motivation, burn more calories and make exercise fun. Joining group exercise help you stay consistent with workout...indicated that individuals who participate in group exercise are more likely to achieve their health and wellness.🏃 There is no cost to join the group or attend the hikes. Everyone welcome. The purpose of this group will be to explore the hiking trails, and to get a good workout. Friendly dogs are welcome to join us if dogs are allowed by the jurisdiction...welcome all fitness levels.. Let's go hiking.
