Joy Hertz Community

The Joy Hertz Community group exists to support folx that identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent in building a sense of belonging among our peers. Our events aim to support folx in building connection and community in groups that are built by, exist for, and are developed with folx who also identify as LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent.

This group is managed by Joy Hertz, a nonprofit with the mission to hold space for the impact of self-injury and suicide among Denver's LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. We pursue our mission through our Brave Spaces program - which offers regular Alternatives to Suicide peer support groups, and our Self Expression program - which offers regular identity & topic specific peer support groups.
