Meg Edwards is a well-being expert who merges positive psychology, mindfulness, and meditation into wellness experiences. She is the founder of The Integrated Heart and offers one-on-one coaching, workshops, and digital courses to help women regulate their nervous system to reduce their stress and to prioritize self-care and joy using science-based practices. Meg is a psychology professor and stress management instructor with over 15 years in the educational sector. She hold a Masters of Educational Psychology, is a certified Chopra well-being coach, certified meditation teacher, mindfulness educator, and Ayurvedic lifestyle instructor. Beyond professional titles, Meg is a mom, a wife, a lover of dogs, labyrinths, and finding joy in the everyday moments of life. She is passionate about personal transformation of mind, body, spirit, and heart!
