What better way to relax on a Friday evening than by learning the fundamental tools of mindfulness than we can then use anywhere, anytime?

Enjoy a free Friday evening guided meditation in the Public Garden with Henna Ahuja from Kadampa Meditation Center Boston. Find some calm in this great busy city and have some fun with other meditators.
