The Eleven Reversals: A mini retreat

Details

The Eleven Reversals, composed by the great 15th-century meditator Je Tsongkhapa, outline eleven essential stages on the paths of both Sutra and Tantra. These profound meditations act as powerful signposts—indicators of genuine spiritual progress. Experiencing even one of these reversals is a clear sign that our practice is deepening and transforming us from within.

In this special event, Gen Khedrub will offer practical and insightful teachings on the Eleven Reversals, showing how they guide us in transforming unhelpful thought patterns into healthy, beneficial ways of thinking and living. Through these meditations, we begin to free ourselves from distorted perceptions of the world and others, creating the foundation for lasting inner peace and joy.

What to Expect:

  • Clear and practical teachings suitable for all levels
  • Guided meditations to directly experience the reversals
  • Time for reflection and discussion
  • Light refreshments during the break

Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this retreat offers a rare opportunity to reconnect with what matters most and truly change the direction of your life.

Everyone is welcome.
