Let’s Make Some Stickers with Sean McMenemy

Details
Ever wanted to know how to turn your designs into stickers? Here’s your chance! Our own Sean McMenemy will show how he turns his designs into printed stickers that can be put on almost anything.
He’ll cover design formatting, materials for making stickers, and how to use inexpensive cutting tools to produce stickers for fun or sale, including tips for simple alternative methods for making stickers.
Sean uses a Canon image PROGRAF PRO-300 printer and a Silhouette Cameo 5 Plus for cutting out the stickers, but you can start off simply with any printer and a pair of scissors, making it easy to experiment and play with ideas and just have fun with it.
Join us for this presentation and learn how to make things stick!
Want to make your own sticker? As part of the presentation in August, you can share your design and it will be made into a sticker. Please send your art files by July 22nd.
How it works:
-Send up to 2 designs.
-Formats: .ai, .svg, .png, jpg,
-Please make it 300 dpi so it will look good at any size.
-Final sticker sizes will vary from 3 to 5 inches depending on content.
Send your designs to Sean on our Slack channel or to [sean.mcfx@gmail.com](mailto:sean.mcfx@gmail.com)
We hope that you can join us in person for this fun demonstration of an unexpected use of the software we all know. We will be meeting in the Marburg room of Vanderslice Hall at the KCAI campus.
