Shadow work

Michael will be leading a session on shadow work.

We'll be watching a recent film called The Shadow Effect created by author and teacher Debbie Ford. She is one of today's leaders in bringing shadow work to a much wider audience, not only through this movie, but previously through her book The Dark Side of the Light Chasers as well as a 3-day live weekend intensive called The Shadow Process that she has created and led all across the country. This film is deeply moving, inspiring, and powerful - and through merely watching it, the divine light will begin to illuminate your own shadow - and you may find yourself curious to explore your own shadow more deeply. For those unfamiliar with the term, shadow work is any of various methods to uncover and potentially reintegrate repressed material that often causes us to suffer or to hurt others. Shadow work sessions can be powerful, and are considered one of the essential elements of an Integral Life Practice.
