The Body/Spirit connection

The Body /Spirit Connection :

The general topic for the evening is "The Body" and I'd like to hear your experiences with the connection between the body and spiritual development. We'll start with some introductory remarks from the Integral Life Practice Kit, and then move to a discussion of struggles and triumphs with the body/spirit connection.

We'll try to wrap it up by about 8:30 pm.
