Shadow: Who pi$$ed you off today, & what does your shadow have to say about it?

As we move through various aspects of integral study, we find an inevitable "meetup" with our Shadow side. Tonight we'll talk about how Shadow Work fits into the integral growth model.

Group member Michael P. will be leading tonight's discussion. Michael will do a brief presentation on the Shadow, and then lead us through some "shadow work" exercises and discussion.

If you're new to Wilber's work, it's a great chance to learn.

We’ll plan on starting at 7, so come a little early. (but you’re still welcome after we’ve started!) and then we’ll try to wrap it up around 8:30.

Parking: Park on the street: I’ve never had a problem finding a spot. I'll put up some signs out front, and jot down my number (above) in case you have any problems finding the place. (Most people say it's easy to find)
