Just wanted to send out one last reminder that our January Small Business Marketing Meetup is tomorrow night at 7pm at the Comfort Suites on Campbell Station Rd.

Our meetups usually run until around 9.

Our topic is "Marketing and Influence - The 6 Universal Principles of Persuasion for Growing Your Business in a Down Economy".

We'll be discussing the psychology of why people say "yes" and how to apply these principles to your own marketing plan.

This includes:

• Effectively Using "Social Proof" and the One Mistake Most Businesses Make When Getting Testimonials.
• The "Principle of Authority" and How to Sell With Online Video without having to put your face in front of a camera.
• The "Principle of Scarcity" and why it works every time (especially with online ordering)
• The Principle of "Commitment and Consistency" and how some companies use this effectively to offset the post holiday sales slump.

A number of you all have emailed me saying you would love to attend, but can't make it on a Thursday night.
