Menopause & Parenting Teens/Young Adults
·OnlineOnlineClick here to register: LINK
Parenting teenagers and young adults is intense on its own. During perimenopause and menopause, many mothers experience heightened emotional reactivity, shifting identity, and an increased mental load at the same time their own hormonal landscape is changing.
This panel is designed for mothers parenting teens and young adults who want to better understand how menopause intersects with emotional wellbeing, anxiety, changing family dynamics, and resilience. Bringing together experienced menopause, mental health, medical, and transformational practitioners, the conversation explores how hormonal changes in midlife interact with the demands of parenting and why this season can feel uniquely destabilizing.
Through short, focused talks followed by a live Q&A, the panel will examine menopause related changes in emotional regulation, mental health, and stress response; evidence informed medical and integrative support options; and practical ways women can reclaim steadiness, agency, and alignment while continuing to care for their families.
This is not about parenting perfectly or fixing yourself. It is an informed, compassionate conversation offering menopause support for mothers who want clarity, validation, and real options. You will leave with language for what you are experiencing and a deeper understanding of how to navigate parenting during perimenopause and menopause with greater self trust and compassion.

On St. Patrick’s Day, we’re surrounded by the idea of luck; something you stumble upon, hope for, or feel you’ve lost. But when it comes to intimacy in midlife, luck isn’t random. It’s rooted in understanding what’s happening in your body, your nervous system, and your relationships.
Get Lucky is a grounded, evidence-informed conversation about female arousal, desire, and intimacy during perimenopause and menopause. As hormones shift and stress accumulates, many women experience changes in arousal, libido, and connection that are rarely explained clearly and often wrapped in shame or silence.
This evening brings together medical and relational expertise to explore what actually drives arousal, why desire changes in midlife, and how intimacy can be rebuilt without pressure, performance, or pathologizing normal transitions.
This is not about tricks or quick fixes. It’s about replacing confusion with clarity and reclaiming agency over a part of life many women are told to quietly grieve.
You Will Discover
- The physiology of female arousal, including the roles of hormones, blood flow, and the nervous system
- Why desire often shifts in midlife and why that shift is not a personal failure
- How stress, shame, and life transitions impact intimacy and connection
- Practical, compassionate ways to re-approach intimacy with curiosity and self-trust
Who This Is For
- Women navigating perimenopause or menopause who want clear, credible information about intimacy
- Individuals or partners seeking to understand desire beyond obligation or expectation
- Anyone ready to move from “hoping it comes back” to understanding what supports connection
