Meet the La Jolla Active Walkers! Meet fun, friendly, enthusiastic, fit, health-conscious people. We take brisk walks while we walk, talk, and gawk on scenic routes in La Jolla near the ocean.
Why take brisk walks? It strengthens the immune system, reduces stress, improves cardiovascular fitness, boosts moods, elevates energy levels, supports healthy body weight, sharpens cognition, and more.

Happier, Healthier, Better You Coastal Walk in La Jolla
Museum of Contemporary Art - La Jolla, 700 Prospect Street, San Diego, CA, USWe're welcoming spring with a Happier, Healthier, Better You Coastal Walk. We'll start with a 5-10 minute warm-up with dynamic stretches, which, as you may know, are crucial to increase muscle tone, improve flexibility, and reduce injury risk.
Next, we'll go for a brisk scenic walk along the coast.At the end of the walk, if you like, you'll receive a complimentary copy of the book, I Blew My Diet! Now What? from La Jolla Active Walkers founder and author Connie Bennett.
You'll also receive a complimentary, stunning, stainless steel, reusable water bottle with the La Jolla Active Walkers logo.

This group -- which draws people from La Jolla and other parts of San Diego -- is designed to motivate you to get moving, enjoy ocean breezes while outdoors, appreciate soothing waves, and revel in your awesome body.
To inspire you to stay fit and eat better to feel better, all attendees will receive a large complimentary steel water bottle and a copy of the book, I Blew My Diet! Now What?, from author and La Jolla Active Walkers founder Connie Bennett.
For those of you who attended previously and didn't get a water bottle or book, please remind me (Connie) -- we had so much fun that I forgot to share them with you.
