This is not therapy, debate club, or partisan organizing. It is a structured discussion format built around listening, reflection, and lived experience.
Each session includes:

• 3-minute speaking rounds
• equal participation
• the option to pass
• attentive listening without interruption or debate
• guided discussion around a weekly theme (90 minutes)
• informal conversation and socializing afterward (30 minutes)

Facilitated by Susan Guggenheim, LFS member.
Attend one session or several. Regular attendance is encouraged, but not required.
