PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THAT IS OUR FIRST TIME DOING THAT HIKE FROM START TO END. Mileage is approximate, might not be too accurate.
We have done the start from Main Street to Pleasant peak and the last 3 miles to Eagle Glen golf course and very familiar with it. The new part will be the fire road between Pleasant peak to Eagle Glen top of fire road.
We will meet in the parking lot of the pickle ball courts under Eagle Glen golf course at 7:30. Address below

We will leave most cars there and will drive in 1 or 2 cars to the ATT tower on Main Street (end of Main Street dirt road)
If you are late to reach Eagle Glen, you can go straight to end of Main Street road (address below) where we will start our hike at 7:45

We will start from Main Street up to pleasant peak, trail is 3 miles up to Fire road , very similar to Skin Suit, steep shortcuts, about 2000 feet elevation in 3 miles.
We will take a break under the pine trees once we reach the fire road, have some snacks and a drink. Then from the fire road to pleasant peak we will go up another steep 0.5 miles to the peak. And then down the same way, make sure you have tracking poles as that one can be slippery.
Then we will head down on the fire road towards Eagle Glen about 12.5 -13 miles. PLEASE NOTE IT IS OUR FIRST TIME DOING THIS PART! The mileage is approximation from Google map when we were up Eagle Glen fire road hike, it might end up longer or shorter. Also, while that part seems flat for the most part and then steady incline down to Eagle Glen, it might have some ups and downs, some elevation gain. Also, mountain lions might exist nearby, so you will have to stick to the group.

After the first 3 miles up, that hike is very exposed. So make sure to have sunshades (Hat, sunglasses, sunscreen or UV blocking shirt…) and plenty of water, at least 3-4 L of water as it might end up an all day hike in the sun.
Bedford peak sits at about less than a mile from the fire road main divide, some 5 miles before end of the trail. So depending on how we feel, and distance on Google map once up there, we might go up to Bedford Peak as well, make it a 2 peaks hike. But, for those not interested in that peak, the trail down is very straightforward fire road and safe one to Eagle Glen parking lot.

Once on the summit you are rewarded with great views in every direction, assuming we get a nice clear day. Santa Catalina and all of our local mountain ranges should be visible.

We will enjoy a more extensive break at the peak to take in the views and enjoy a snack. After the hike, for those interested, we will have lunch or dinner at a nearby restaurant on Cajalco, or the all you can eat Sushi on Ontario.
