Ed Ipser, serial entrepreneur, shares lessons learned from six startups he founded. Attendees will leave with a better understanding of the "business pioneering" that a successful startup requires--building on problem solving, design thinking, creativity, invention, and innovation. He contrasts the different activities employees are held accountable for in a going concern where the focus is on execution and delivery vs. a pioneering effort looking for product market fit where exploration and learning are critical.
