Grading: 8.5/10 Very difficult track, for seasoned hikers
Hike Distance: ~23km
Hike Duration: minimum 15 hours to complete
Elevation Gain : 1900 Meter
Track detail :
- Five peak
- Five water point or river
- 23 CP
- Every CP distance is 1 KM

In order to maximize the fun of mountaineering, all participants must have a clear understanding of the nature and characteristics of the mountains, their own physical fitness and health, and all injuries must be borne by themselves.
NOTES:
1. Strictly adhere to cut off time
2. There is no toilet facilities, need to find your own way if urgent!!
3. Itinerary is a rough average timing - actual hike shorter or longer
4. Guides have ultimate say to decide to cancel the hike or to ‘stand down’ in the event of bad weather due to safety concern
5. Each Movement and time will change is accordingly to the pace of the participants, it is possible to leave early or late
6. We will take 5 - 10Minutes at each Checkpoint
7. Participants should get down with the Guide on the Duty
