Participants will discover how hiking with others in nature can enhance health and help balance the mind, body and soul in ways that will prepare them to live everyday life in more wholehearted way.

Our journey begins as we gather for an intentional walk through the stillness of nature, grounding the body and reconnecting within. As we arrive fully into the moment—savoring warm tea in community—we’ll settle in with breathwork and the gentle, soothing frequencies of a sound bath, inviting peace, reflection, and spiritual renewal during December’s quiet, sacred season. 🎶 ❄️

Meet in the parking area at 12:50 pm. We will start at 1:00 pm.

Lake Fairfax: A Walk Through Nature’s Backyard 🥾❄️🌲 Join us Sunday for a relaxed hike, enjoying the winter scenery around Lake Fairfax.
🍁 WHAT WE'LL DO:
Walk about 2.5 miles, lasting about 1.5 hours. Elevation gain is low, around 100 feet.
👋🏼 MEETING POINT: Meet at 10:50 AM at Lake Fairfax Park Main Office for a short introduction.
We start at 11 AM.
🚙 PARKING: Parking is free
🚻 MISCELLANEOUS: Restrooms available nearby.
🌤️ WEATHER: We will add updates as needed.

Join us for a virtual program, featuring Delegate Kathy Tran (District 18), Majority Caucus Chair of the Virginia House of Delegates. With a new Governor and House of Delegates taking office and the General Assembly convening on January 14, 2026, now is the perfect time to learn how to influence environmental legislation and local government decisions—including county master plans and data center proposals. Delegate Tran will share practical tips for effective advocacy at both state and local levels. We’ll wrap up with an opportunity to sign up for alerts on key legislation.
