The Conversations We Avoid
Details
Some conversations matter too much to avoid but starting them well matters just as much.
Have you ever faced a difficult conversation with a colleague about feedback you know you need to give?
Or perhaps you've had a disagreement with a close friend that kept getting pushed aside.
When they go badly, often it's because we waited too long to speak or said things in a way that made things worse.
But avoidance has a cost. Issues remain unresolved. Trust weakens. Decisions stall.
This workshop is not about forcing yourself into every difficult conversation. It is about learning how to decide when, why and how to work thru them safely.
