We’re Trey and Angel.
We’re a professional couple, both rooted in healthcare, and we’re new to Sacramento in that slightly strange adult way where life is full, work is meaningful, the dog is happy, and yet you still look around and think, “We need our people here.”
So that is what we are creating.

LGBT+ Social League Sacramento is a friendship-first group for LGBT+ adults who want good people, great conversations, food, outdoor activities, laughter, and real connection.

We love our dog Flash, long walks, good meals, farmers markets, trails, patios, local events, shared experiences, and conversations that start casually and somehow turn into something real.
We are not big drinkers, but enjoy a joint every now and then, a glass of wine with a conversation, or a brandy by the fire pit.

We are more interested in connection than bar culture. Food, fresh air, humor, activity, cannabis-friendly ease, and people who know how to be present are much more our speed.

This group is for people who want LGBT community without needing every gathering to be centered on politics, advocacy, or justice-focused programming. Those things matter. This group is simply doing something different.

This is about friendship.

People who make the city feel less anonymous.

Some people will come alone. Some will come with a partner. Some will come with a friend. Some will be new to Sacramento. Some will have lived here for years and still want a better social circle.
