In addition, we will practice techniques to calm the mind, open the heart and truly engage with healing vibrations which get the cells of your body to share more information to operate as a collective healing unit. As a 15-year meditator and student of Dr. Joe Dispenza, Jay Peterson will have a short discussion on the mind/body connection and will start the meditation around 7:10.
