What we’re about
We are a user group - Together, we try out Liberating Structures, share experiences, and help each other answer questions. It's about building your own practice for the http://www.liberatingstructures.com/ and developing ideas for new combinations (strings).
The Liberating Structures are 33 (+) simple, open-source (and free) group communication/facilitation methods that can revolutionize your meetings and decision-making processes, lead to amazing insights and have the potential in the long term to change the culture of interaction.
This is the connection of the Liberating Structures user groups of Cologne, Ruhrgebiet & Düsseldorf (held in German language). Our events will rotate between these cities and replace one of the evenings every few weeks . The intend to provide evenings in English language is to include and provide a safe space for everyone.
IMPORTANT TO KNOW
This is a place to experiment and play. We make mistakes, and we learn. This is not a workshop to teach others how to use Liberating Structures, but a place for us to all to practice and learn.
To participate you do not have to know Liberating Structures, only have curiosity and be open to learning something new.
