As the earth stirs and blooms, so do we 🦋. This spring retreat invites you into the forest to soften, sense, and restore. Through forest therapy, gentle hikes, meditative art, mindful movement, breath work, sound baths, and nourishing homemade meals, we engage the senses and support the nervous system in finding greater ease and balance 🌸💫
Rooted in research showing that time in nature, creative expression, and intentional rest help reduce stress and foster connection, this immersive weekend gathering opens space for presence, clarity, and joy. Come reconnect with yourself, the rhythms of the natural world, and a supportive community—awakening embodied wellbeing from the inside out 🌱🤍

This restorative retreat includes:
🌲 Guided forest bathing to deepen your sensory connection with nature
🎶 Immersive sound baths to soothe the mind, open the heart, and invite deep inner peace
🧘 Gentle yoga to awaken your body and center your spirit
✨ Hiking, including a nighttime walk to explore the forest’s quiet magic
🥗 Wholesome meals that nourish from the inside out
🔥 Campfire-cooked fruit desserts and, laughter and connection by firelight
🌷 Meditative Art and time to rest, reflect, and just be

Rolling Ridge Study Retreat is located on a 1600-acre, beautiful nature preserve owned by the Rolling Ridge Conservancy and protected by a conservation easement with the Appalachian Trail Conservancy. RRSR believes in the connection to a wide circle of those who share a deep longing for a more authentic, nature-connected and soul-infused life.

    Join us for a restorative spring afternoon at Sweet Run State Park, where fresh air, budding trees, and the quiet rhythms of spring invite a return to balance. Through guided forest therapy invitations, you’ll awaken your senses through listening, noticing, and gentle exploration, allowing the forest to calm the nervous system and deepen your connection with nature and within yourself. Pause to soak in the healing tones of a sound bath, letting the vibrations support relaxation and integration. Step into the forest, notice its subtle details, and reconnect with yourself in this restorative afternoon.

    ** Meeting point:**
    Meet in the parking area at 11:50 pm. We will start at 12:00 pm.
