We are about fostering community with others who enjoy the relaxation and evidenced based benefits that relaxing in nature brings.
Participants will discover how holistic practices in nature can enhance health and help balance the mind, body and soul in ways that will prepare them to live everyday life in more wholehearted way.

Step into the serenity of twilight at Sweet Run State Park for an immersive evening of Forest Therapy and a Sound Bath under the stars. As the sun sets and the forest shifts into stillness, you’ll be gently guided through nature-based invitations designed to awaken your senses, calm your mind, and deepen your connection to the earth. We’ll then gather under the open sky to rest and receive the healing vibrations of singing bowls and chimes, allowing sound to support deep relaxation and inner balance. This experience invites you to slow down, breathe with the land, and soak in the natural rhythms of nightfall — a time of reflection, grounding, and renewal.

We will walk ~2 miles.
🪷 COST: This event has a fee. Multiple price options are available.

👋🏼 Meeting point:
Meet at 4:50pm in the parking lot. We will start at 5pm.
🚙 Parking: The main parking area has limited space. The $10. honor fee for this state park is included in the registration price.
🚻 Miscellaneous: There are portable toilets in the parking area.
🎒Preparation:
- Water
- Layers of clothes based on the weather
- A snack if you would like
- Sturdy comfortable shoes
- Bug spray
- Possibly a hat & jacket
Yoga mats and blankets will be provided.

Experience the quiet beauty of Beaverdam Reservoir on a peaceful hike along its shaded woodland trails. We’ll cover 4–6 miles, tuning into the sights, sounds, and rhythms of the natural world. Along the way, we’ll pause to notice the play of light on the water, the songs of birds overhead, and the gentle rustle of leaves beneath our feet. This mindful hike invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with both nature and yourself.🥾 What we'll do:
We will hike 4-6 miles, depending on timing and the desires of the group. This is an out and back hike with minimal elevation gain or loss.👋🏼 Meeting point:
