The Systemic Constellations method is a unique therapeutic process of exploration of the forces that move us in life. Such forces are often appearing as difficulties or a sense of being 'stuck' in life, affecting our behaviour, relationships, career, health / wellbeing or even financial circumstances. This method provides a three-dimensional ‘map’ of one’s life as it is at present. It is a simple yet powerful way to explore entanglements and blockages in our personal life and in our family history. The method brings awareness and clarity into personal challenges by focusing the client on the root cause of such difficulties. Constellations provide an opening for a positive life shift and presents ways for deep healing processes to occur.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A CONSTELLATIONS SESSION?
In Constellations work the ‘client’ is referred to as the ‘Issue Holder’.

The method uses workshop participants as ‘Representatives’ to stand-in for key people in the client’s life such as family members, colleagues, partners, ex partners etc. sometimes ‘abstract’ concepts such as an emotion, country of origin, religion or destiny are also represented. All participants are invited to take part as Representatives. ABOUT THE GROUP SESSION
This intimate online group workshop is a journey of self-knowledge and trauma healing. Working through and releasing unseen conditioning one can become trapped in for many years.

Our group provide a safe space where deep personal work is done and where maintaining confidentiality and respect of each other's privacy is paramount.

• There are very limited Issue Holder (client) spaces available per workshop, for people who wish to have their own constellation done. All such places are offered on a first-come-first-served basis and cost £95. The starting point for this experiential weekend workshop is the intention to bring to light unseen entanglements and other hidden dynamics that holds one back and prevent fulfilment and growth in one's life. The Constellation process guides us to discover unseen strength in the core of our wounds, be it wounding caused by a personal issue or ancestral trauma from our family past.

This is an invitation to a deep healing journey that offers a unique and powerful way to work through challenges and attain clarity and insight regarding one's state of being and the ways one can re-establish movement when things seem to be stuck and live-less.

The Constellation process enables those who take part to begin to discover a new form of resourcing and support in day-to-day reality, NO MATTER how traumatic the events of the past were.

In Systemic work we heal past traumas as we attend to the imprints such traumatic events made on one’s personality, identity and behaviour today. We can work and profoundly heal whether or not the information about what happened in past generations is known. Healing occurs even if no knowledge of the family past is available.

About the Facilitator:

Illi Adato is an innovator in the Constellations field, having researched and developed several new techniques for applying Systemic Constellations, including Hypno-Constellations™ and Distant-Healing Constellation™. These methods offer simple ways to harness resources which are often unseen and support personal strength, resilience and growth. He is a personal and group facilitator of Systemic Constellations and as the founder and Managing Director of the London School of Systemic & Family Constellations teaches the method to students from all over the globe.

We practice personal inner work, looking at what stands in the way, as you continue to grow and evolve with your professional offering. Facilitated by Illi Adato.

HELPING THE HELPER
As practitioners, we are used to holding space in support for others, but who helps the helper? In this group you will receive support to take your place as a practitioner more fully. This may involve retrieving hidden resources, gathering new tools, or inner work needed to prevent burnout.

CASE CONSULTATION
Those who have started working with clients can bring cases for confidential guidance. If there are sticking points we will explore how to adjust so that you are consistently operating from a place of strength. Together we discover an opportunity to grow that is encapsulated in each of these challenges.

FACILITATION PRACTICE
There will be an opportunity to practice facilitating individual and group processes and receive feedback. You will practice creating containers that are systemically sound, where both clients and facilitator are well-supported in their respective processes.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
Current students and those who have completed training with London School of Systemic & Family Constellations training programs are welcome to join. Our Monthly Mentoring circle is also open to Family and Systemic Constellations facilitators, shamanic practitioners, subtle energy workers, therapists, coaches, and people who do not fit neatly into any one box.

We are a growing community of practitioners who are integrating what they have learned from a variety of healing and spiritual paths, as well as their own ancestral traditions and life experiences.

THIS YEAR 1 SYSTEMIC & FAMILY CONSTELLATIONS TRAINING IS AN ONLINE ONLY COURSE.

The purpose of this learning and practising path is to enable a personal journey of growth and expansion through seeing and understanding life from a systemic perspective and to be able to use the power of Constellations professionally or as a resource for supporting wellbeing in everyday life.

This 6-12 months learning process offers a flexible schedule involving a number of intensive teaching elements which are repeating on average every 6 months so students who missed a module can attend again:

1. attend 3 core teaching weekends.
2. get access to the course video resources.
3. take part in a Monthly Mentoring programme online to support your practice.
4. each student gets 4 private 1 hour sessions of online bespoke teaching, designed according to the personal/professional needs of the student.
5. take part in peer practice groups with fellow students.
6. attend online family constellations workshops
7. certificate of Course Completion from London School of Systemic & Family Constellations of 75 CPD (Continued Professional Development) Hours for graduates

The online Learning Weekends provide the essential knowledge of constellation principles. Session times are 2pm-8pm UK/9am-3pm NY.

WHO IS THIS FOR?
Therapists of all types, counsellors, healing practitioners, coaches and other people in the helping field can benefit greatly from the tools taught on this training. People working in community-based environments or group leaders, project managers and other managerial positions often report a complete turn in the way they see and handle themselves and professional challenges once immersed in the learning and practice of Systemic Constellations. Subject to a personal interview and a successful application, the course is also open for participants with a keen interest in Systemic and Family Constellations with no prior training or experience.

WHAT WILL YOU LEARN?
The training will consist of a deep exploration of the 'Orders of Love', the essence of Loyalties, Belonging, structure of Trauma and Trans-generational Trauma and working with the Ancestral Field. Gaining knowledge of visible and hidden dynamics that exist primarily in our family system as well as other systems we are part of. You will experience the profound layers of insight the Constellations methodology offers both in-person and online. Learn and practice working with representatives of various types. You will be guided and taught ways to harness the immense depth the systemic perception can bring into your life, work, relationships and more.

Illi Adato is an innovator in the Constellations field, having researched and developed several new techniques for applying Systemic Constellations, including Hypno-Constellations™ and Distant-Healing Constellation™. These methods offer simple ways to harness resources which are often unseen and support personal strength, resilience and growth. He is a personal and group facilitator of Systemic Constellations and as the founder and Managing Director of the London School of Systemic & Family Constellations teaches the method to students from all over the globe.
