What we’re about
The London Limited WIP Society is the home of the community embracing Kanban for evolutionary change and continuous improvement. "Limited WIP" refers to limiting the amount of work in process -- a core practice in lean pull systems such as kanban.

Nature of our meetups
Our meetings are normally a discussion group rather than a formal presentation, though we've used presentations to kick off the discussions sometimes. We benefit from sharing how we apply the Kanban Method in different context. Thanks to Liz.
Frequency and Timing
We meet on the last Thursday of each month except for holidays summer, Christmas. Please check the site.
