Social Walk Along the Regent's Canal - Hackney Wick to Kings Cross

Come along on Sunday 24th August for a Social walk along the Regent's Canal, from Hackney Wick to Kings Cross.

This is the last part of 3 walks along London's canals that we will be doing,

About the walk
London's canal's and the architecture of the buildings that back onto them are a part of many Londoner's don't get to see, the Regent's Canal which we will be walking along was built in 1816 as part of a regeneration of the area.

We will be having a social walk along the Regent's Canal, from Hackney Wick to Kings Cross. The walk is along the canalpath and is about 5 miles.

The nearest station after we finish is Kings Cross Tube Station.

Cost
Cost is free for Full Members and £5 per person for everyone else (payable by cash, Bank Transfer or PayPal on the day).

Become a Full Member
To become a Full Member (£14 a year), either go to PayPal and send a payment to general@cultureseekers.org, send via Bank Transfer (email me for details) or pay cash on the day.

Meeting Point
Hackney Wick is on the Mildmay Line of the London Overground. It takes 5 minutes from Stratford Train Station. Trains leave at: 1:08pm, 1:16pm, 1:23pm & 1:31pm.

Afterwards
After we will head to the 'The Euston Flyer', 83-87 Euston Road at 4:00pm for a chat over a drink.

If you can make it, please come to the pub afterwards, as it’s a great way to meet and get to know others after the visit.

Please note, we only wait outside the station for 10 minutes after the advertised meeting time, so please be early or on time.
