Longevity San Francisco – The Bay Area's Community for Living Longer & Better

Welcome to Longevity San Francisco — the largest free longevity community in the Bay Area. We bring together curious, health-minded people who want to learn how to extend their healthspan and lifespan through science-backed practices.
Whether you're deep into health optimization or just getting started, this is your space to connect, learn, and take action — together, in real life.

What to expect at our events
Our events are designed to be social, educational, and fun. Think: matcha walks through Golden Gate Park, weekend hikes, panel discussions with longevity researchers and physicians, morning raves, breathwork sessions, and smaller roundtable discussions on topics like nutrition, sleep, exercise, and stress management.
No lectures. No gatekeeping. Just a community that believes longevity should be approachable, enjoyable, and open to everyone.

Who is this group for?
You don't need to be a biohacker or scientist to join. This group is for anyone in San Francisco and the Bay Area who's curious about longevity, preventive health, nutrition, fitness, mental wellness, or simply wants to surround themselves with people who care about living well for longer.
Everything is free. Our events are free to attend. We're committed to keeping this community inclusive and accessible — no paywalls, no upsells.

Who's behind this group?
Longevity San Francisco is part of a growing international longevity community with active chapters across Germany, Miami, and San Francisco. We're always looking for passionate people who want to help shape events, bring ideas, and grow this movement locally.
Come say hi at your first event — we'd love to meet you.
