About us

Longevity Cities San Francisco brings together people interested in longevity, healthy aging and health and wellness meetups in San Francisco, California, and the Bay Area. Healthspan means the years of life spent in good health. Our community provides opportunities to explore that topic through conversation, outdoor activities and getting to know others who share your curiosity.

Examples from the local network include a Golden Gate Urban Hike and a Stanford Dish Hike. These routes bring the community into different parts of the Bay Area, with time outdoors and room for informal discussion along the way. The network’s activities have also included a blood drive at Goodlabs, showing how participation can extend beyond a typical social gathering. The format and requirements depend on the individual event; the current listings are the best guide to what is available.

As part of the fast-growing English-speaking Longevity Cities community for longevity, health and fitness, the San Francisco group welcomes beginners as well as people who already follow longevity research. You can join to learn, share perspectives or simply meet people nearby. No specialist knowledge is required to become a member.

Joining and attending our own community meetups is free. You cover your own food and drinks; any partner event costs are listed separately. Check the event language, meeting point and requirements before you RSVP, especially for activities beyond a casual walk.
