Operational Management Tools and IT KASM

Details
We'll have a special guest for this meetup -- LOPSA Community Manager Roger Luedecke. We'll introduce Roger to the LA chapter of LOPSA (and us to him) before going into our main presentation (below).
Presentation by: Kirk Waingrow - A long time Linux System Administrator working at the management level to clean up environments, ensuring operational readiness, and working with support teams to be successful through organization and team sharing. He has developed an open source tool called the IT KASM, to help manage environments.
This session will be a discussion on understanding how to best manage environments through the daily responsibilities of tracking tasks, tickets, understanding priorities, resources, outages, change management, assets, patching, projects, on-call, vendors, contracts, reoccurring issues and everything else you manage to keep your environment operational. We'll try to better understand and answer these questions:
Where is all the information?
How is all this information managed?
Who is in control of the information?
What works and what doesn't?
Can new SysAdmin find everything?
A brief demo of IT KASM will be shown as one possible solution.
