What we’re about

We meet to support each other in regular practice of EMDR and EFT Tapping, Mindfulness practices and body doubling. These are evidence-based brain exercises that often make us feel more grounded and resourced immediately. We also have an optional WhatsApp Group for daily support. 15 minutes of practicing together with a live therapist available for Q&A. Sometimes if EMDR or EFT tapping is not working, it can be helpful to have some guidance on getting more specific.

The process: sign up for a Guided Session, I'll contact you with the Zoom code, and then show up for 15 minutes of guided practice, followed by Q&A. Ly-Lan Lofgren has been a LCSW therapist practicing in California since 2007.
