This neighborhood REALLY loves Christmas. About six solid blocks (maybe 1000 homes or more) are totally decked-out in holiday lights, with goofy stuff in the front yard, every tree filled with lights and cool decorations, etc. And at every few houses they are selling hot chocolate and cookies and popcorn and brownies (not the special kind, sorry)
THE PLAN:
IF YOU ARE HAVING DINNER WITH US: MEET AT THE CORNER BAKERY CAFE AT 6:30 PM
OR IF YOU JUST WANT TO SEE THE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS, MEET OUTSIDE THE CORNER BAKERY AT 7:30 PM
Basically, I will lead you out of the shopping center, then we will turn left and head north on Prospect Avenue, and then turn right on Avenue H. Walking east on Avenue H, we will soon see lights and goofy yard displays galore. From there I'm gonna let people make their own groups, because from here the place is packed and it will be impossible to keep track of all of you. So PLEASE print out the map at the bottom of the page and HAVE FUN!
AFTER HIKE SOCIALIZING CAN BE FOUND AT THE Handel's ICE CREAM PARLOR IN THE SHOPPING CENTER WHERE WE MEET
