Verdugo Peak

How bout ending the year hiking the highest peak in the verdugos like we did the last couple of years. The full hike is 8 miles with 1,600' of elevation gain. Hike as much as you'd like, at each mile up there is a specific location that I will point out making the hike 2, 4, 6 or the full 8 miles, so all hiking levels are welcome. Great views of the valley and distant ocean at the peak! Limited parking at the stough canyon nature center parking lot, unlimited parking along the golf course.
