Creative Bend is a unique summer camp for incoming grades 4 -7, focusing on various integrative visual and performing arts, including storytelling, set building, immersive theatre, sound and light design, and costuming. Methodologies include LARP (live-action role-playing), world-building, and Interactive STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, Math) learning. Students will be exposed to artistic processes by experts in their field and create a final presentation. Campers will be encouraged to explore relevant topics, including social responsibility, teamwork, empathy, and self-reflection.
