Our workshops are immersive, hands-on and a little bit artsy. We don’t just explain fermentation, we explore it through taste, smell, texture, macro photography and close observation. We share what we’ve learned from our own batches, give practical advice, and encourage you to trust your senses and experiment. And of course, you can’t go home empty-handed: you’ll leave with your own 4L jar of kombucha to ferment at home. The SCOBY, starter liquid, and practical tips for keeping it happy are included. As well as vegan snacks and kombucha to drink, of course! You don’t need to bring any equipment, just a roomy bag or backpack for your big jar. Come thirsty for knowledge and ready to ferment!
