First-timers are always welcome, so if it's your first time, come along and say hi! Training type: Our focus is interval training, and we keep it fun and social. Free stuff for members! We sometimes line up sponsorships that align with our comunity, someties it's stuff like: free protein drinks and shakes, or discounted meals - and we often head out for dinner together after a run, or for special events. Exact location: The exact meeting location will be emailed to you once you register, so be sure to register beforehand. Training format / structure: 1: Easy 800m warm-up lap 2: Dynamic stretching and strides (20min) 3: Main workout — this rotates each week (sometimes hills, but most often it invovles intervals) Length: The whole session runs for about 50 minutes, followed by around 10 minutes of social talking. Respawn Gaming Pokemon Stadium Tournament + Gamers Meetup & Social

Welcome to Respawn’s Tournament Edition! 🛡️ This time it’s our fifth tournament special, we bring the classic Pokemon Stadium 64! We will do this usually on a Sunday once month. The tournament lasts 1.5-2 hours and may last longer depending on the players, starting at 12:30pm. 🥷 Nothing to worry about as it’s not serious, more casual. Prizes awarded to podium finishers worth $10-$40. Mandatory entry fee of $4 applies (does not include general entry to the Gamers Meetup). 🫶 RULES: Format – Swiss Rounds • 4 players play each other. • There are 5 Mini Games to be played for each round. • Host will randomly select Mini Games to play for Game 1. Whoever comes last in each game gets to pick the mini-game they want to play e.g. If you come last in ‘Sushi-Go-Round’ for Game 1, you get to pick the particular mini game. The person that came last in Game 1 picked ‘Rock Harden’ for Game 2. If someone else came last in ‘Rock Harden’ for Game 2, they get to pick a mini game of their choice for Game 3 & so on. • Whoever has the most & 2nd most pts out of the 5 rounds wins. • If players are tied at the end of Game 5, they must play one game of ‘Clefairy Says’. •Top Cut is optional – it is up to the host or participants (best to do a vote) Point System 1st Place = 4 pts 2nd Place = 3 pts 3rd Place = 2 pts 4th Place = 1 pt • Registration Time: 12:30pm-1:30pm. • Tournament Start Time: 1:45pm. • All tournament participants MUST arrive by deadline 1:45pm. Thursday Futsal in Footscray! ⚽⚽⚽ 5-a-side Futsal (indoor soccer), played on an indoor pitch. Cost: $10 (pre-pay) 10 players min/max. Court booked for 1 hour. RSVPs only please. Normal Runners/Sneakers or Futsal shoes are fine (no studs). Location: Victoria University Footscray Park Campus - 3rd Floor (court 3), Corner of Ballarat rd and Geelong rd, Footscray (near the Flemington Racecourse). Located in Footscray, which is just 5km from the CBD. Plenty of Parking available. Also serviced by public transport.
