FWB - Hiking the L. H. Thomson Trail

FWB - Fun with Brian is a special series where we have fun on shorter, slower outings or maybe learn a thing or two.

For this event, let's visit the L H Thomson bike trail. We will start with the Grasslands Twister Trail (idk) and then complete the Blue trail.

L H Thomson Company specializes in making titanium parts for aircraft, bicycles and bicycle components.

At the rear of the property is a patch of woods with a twisty windy bicycle trail running through it.

Our hike will be a 5ish miles. The trail has a few nice little hills to get your heart rate up. :)

Like any outdoor event, come prepared with water, snacks, hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and proper clothing. If you bring a dog, keep them on a short leash and pick up after them.

Typically they have a porta potty available but you never know, so no promises.

As you pull in at Thomson, the parking will be on the right side of the building in the back corner. They work on the weekends so please don't park in the spots near the building.

If you signup and decide not to come make sure to change your RSVP to Not Attending.
