Introduction to Handpan Workshop

Learn how to play handpan! Have you ever wanted to try playing the handpan? Have you recently bought a handpan and want some in-person lessons to get started?
In this 2.5 hour session, instructor Addi Faerber will provide an introduction to playing the handpan, starting with basic striking techniques, learn The First Song Everyone Learns on Handpan, and some practice exercises to help you to build your muscle memory.

If you do not have a handpan, no worries! We will have extra instruments for people to play. This class is for anyone over 16 years old. All experience levels are welcome and this class is best for people with no experience, or just a few months of experience playing handpan.

Course fee is $25. This covers rental of the space, insurance on the borrowed handpans and instructor fee.
