The Midwest Dharma Celebration is a regional Buddhist meditation festival that brings together the spiritual community from across the Midwest to immerse in transformative teachings, deep meditation, and meaningful connections.
This annual event is organized by Kadampa meditation centers and branches in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana and Iowa.
During this rare and precious event, the New Kadampa Tradition’s Midwestern US National Spiritual Director, Gen Kelsang Demo, will grant the blessing empowerment of Green Tara, an enlightened female Buddha known for her swift and active compassion.
Whether you are new to Buddhism or an experienced practitioner, join us for this incredible spiritual event and become a source of peace and happiness for yourself and others.
The Midwest Dharma Celebration is held at Kadampa Meditation Center Madison. It is open to everyone and suitable for all levels of experience.
The Celebration is also available online for those unable to attend in-person.
