Madison Wok Gaming, the premier local fighting game community (FGC) in Madison, WI! Originally founded by Jimmy "Pikachu" Choi at his family's restaurant, Happy Wok, we've been proudly hosting events for over 25 years! We aim to have an inclusive and welcoming space where we can mash on fighting games together and improve! Our primary event is called Final Strike.

Final Strike is a bi-weekly, offline fighting game event that hosts a rotating variety of games. We normally run a rotating list of games including:

Street Fighter 6
Guilty Gear: Strive
Tekken 8
Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls
2XKO
UNI2
Granblue Fantasy Versus: Rising
Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves
...and many other 2D and 3D fighting games!

All skill levels welcome!
$5.00 Venue Fee and $5.00 Entry Fee (per game)
Additional $1 flat fee if paying by debit or credit card.

- 2:00 pm - Registration/setup/casuals
- 2:30 pm - Guilty Gear: Strive
- 2:30 pm - 2XKO
- 3:30 pm - Tekken 8
- 3:30 pm - UNI2
- 4:30 pm - Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls
- 5:30 pm - BlazBlue: Central Fiction
- 6:30 pm - Street Fighter 6
- 6:30 pm - Avatar Legends
- 7:30 pm - Fatal Fury: COTW
- Casuals until usually 10:00pm
Registration ends 15 minutes prior to the start of each game.
All brackets are double elimination unless otherwise stated. If there are 4 or fewer players, then a round robin format will be played instead. All games follow their respective, official tournament rulesets. Side bracket/free entry games will be single elimination unless stated otherwise.
