What's up with Horoscopes?

Let's talk about history, psychology and trends of horoscopes! I've noticed over time that the popularity of horoscopes seems to wax and wane. I'm interested in what others have noticed and your thoughts. I'll try to do a bit of research for it. Maybe we could even make a game of trying to guess which horoscope is yours to see how "accurate" they are!
