Male Survivors of False Allegations Support Network (MSFASN) is an online support network of encouragement, support and connecting men wrongfully accused of crimes such as domestic violence (DV), sexual assaults (SA), and various other crimes. I've been an activist since 2008, fighting for religious freedom and against tyranny. I fell into lobbying for Victims Rights and Women's Rights, from 2018 - 2023. I took up the cause for Men & Women in an overcrowded unjust abusive jail in Warren Co Kentucky for 3 years investigating and exposing the inhumane treatment of inmates there as well.

After all of that, my own son was FALSELY ACCUSED of a sexual assault. That's when I really started learning about how f**cked up our "JUSTICE" system truly is. I am now a member of NCFM (National Coalition For Men), and have learned that my son is not alone in this fight for his life in a corrupt legal system largely influenced by social media and greedy politicians.

Being FALSELY ACCUSED of a crime you did NOT commit is a game changer in a person's life. Until a person has lived it, they will never understand the trauma inflicted on the one falsely accused and on their family. Loss of friends, family, employment, housing, resources and identity are only a few of the negative impacts a FALSE ALLEGATION can have on a person's life.

In addition to this, there's the cost of legal fees (if you're "fortunate" enough to be able to afford a private lawyer, and if not there's still the cost of court fees and the possibility of restitution to the ALLEGED Victim.
All of this wreaks havoc on a person's health, destroys their self-confidence, can create PTSD and in those who already have PTSD, it can cause symptoms of C-PTSD and send them spiraling into a very dark place. Many seek a way out of their pain by developing an addiction or worsening an addiction they were already struggling with. Sadly, many contemplate suicide and some complete it. Male Survivors of False Allegations Support Network (MSFASN), is a grassroots project intended to offer supportive services to MEN facing FALSE ALLEGATIONS. While we DON'T offer financial funding for Victims of False Allegations (at this time), we WILL offer emotional support via meetups planned by the organizer (Tyson), resource referrals and family support and encouragement.

While most Victims of False Allegations are legitimate cases, we recognize that there are some who will claim they are innocent but may not actually be. While we believe "Innocent Until Proven Guilty," we still must be cautious to preserve the safety of group members.
